By purchasing or using EmotionLock, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the product. These terms apply to all users of the EmotionLock app and website.
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the EmotionLock iOS application. This license is for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense EmotionLock or your license code to any third party.
EmotionLock is sold as a one-time lifetime license for €49,99. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions.
Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of the product, we do not offer refunds once the license code has been delivered and activated. If you experience technical issues, please contact us at support@emotionlock.app and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
EmotionLock is a discipline and automation tool only. It does not provide financial advice, trading signals or investment recommendations. All trading decisions are made solely by you. EmotionLock is not responsible for any trading losses you may incur.
EmotionLock connects to your MetaTrader 5 account in read-only mode using your investor password. We cannot place, modify or close trades on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring your MT5 account credentials are entered correctly and for keeping your credentials secure.
We aim to provide a reliable service and will release updates to maintain compatibility with iOS and MetaTrader 5. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times. We reserve the right to modify, update or discontinue features of EmotionLock with reasonable notice.
EmotionLock is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use EmotionLock, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of data or loss of profits.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of EmotionLock shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
